My Hidden Voice

Take No Thought For Tomorrow

Take no thought for tomorrow,
Of what you will wear or eat,
Just take your stress and your worry,
And lay them at Jesus' feet.

Take no thought for tomorrow,
Of what others put you through,
Just follow the way of the Saviour,
And Jesus will see you through.

Take no thought for tomorrow,
Just live for the Lord today,
Don't fret over future temptation,
In Jesus you'll never stray.

Take no thought for tomorrow,
Forever we'll live with Him,
In Heaven you'll never have worry,
Your spirit content within.

Take no thought for tomorrow...

"Come to me, all of you who are weary
and carry heavy burdens, and I will give
you rest."
Matthew 11:28 (NLT)

"So don't worry about these things,
saying 'What will we eat? What will we
drink? What will we wear?'"
Matthew 6:31 (NLT)

"So don't worry about tomorrow,
for tomorrow will bring its own worries.
Today's trouble is enough for today."
Matthew 6:34 (NLT)
